Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 12, 2018, GlobalSCAPE, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on November 5, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on October 22, 2018.
