Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Board of Directors of the Company has scheduled the Company's 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") for Tuesday, December 4, 2018. Holders of the Company's common stock at the close of business on November 6, 2018, the record date, will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.
