Effective October 10, 2018, Sally Fassler Dornaus returned from temporary leave and resumed her duties as the Chief Financial Officer of Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. (the “Company”). Patrick M. Dury served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company in Ms. Dornaus’s absence.
