On October 3, 2018, Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has reached an agreement with the United Steelworkers for a new 5-year collective bargaining agreement covering the hourly production and maintenance employees at the Company’s Bridgeville facility. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
