On
October 2, 2018, Level Brands, Inc. (the “Company”)
issued a press release announcing the closing of its previously
announced firm commitment underwritten public offering (the
“Public Offering”). On September 28, 2018, the Company
issued a press release announcing that it had priced the Public
Offering. The press releases are filed as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2,
respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
