Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 4, 2018, Sports Field Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed that, effective July 10, 2018, Tracy Burzycki resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
