Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 1, 2018, Nephros, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in which it disclosed its preliminary thrid quarter 2018 financial results. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
