On September 27, 2018, Talos Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing approval of the appraisal plan for the Zama discovery. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
