Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 27, 2018 the Company issued a press release announcing that SanSal Wellness will be featured on the upcoming episode of business and finance programming “New to The Street” on the FOX Business Network airing Saturday, September 29, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
A copy of the Company’s press release dated September 27, 2018 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
