On September 27, 2018, Cincinnati Bancorp, the holding company for Cincinnati Federal, issued a joint press release with Kentucky Federal Savings and Loan Association (“KF”) to announce that KF’s members have approved the pending merger of KF with and into Cincinnati Federal, with Cincinnati Federal as the resulting institution, and that the merger is expected to close on or about October 12, 2018. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
