(b)                                 On September 26, 2018, FTS International, Inc. (the “Company”) and Perry Harris, Senior Vice President, Commercial, announced Mr. Harris would retire from his position at the Company effective November 1, 2018. His departure will be treated as one without cause under his agreements with the Company.
