ITEM 7.01REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On September 24, 2018 Vitro Diagnostics, Inc. (OTCQB: VODG) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a record in Stem Cell Revenues for 3rd quarter ended July 31, 2018. The Company recorded 3rd quarter revenues of $141,783 vs $64,566, an increase of 220% over the same comparative quarter last year. A copy of the Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
