Item 8.01 Other Events
On September 24, 2018, Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc. issued a press release announcing it has commenced a strategic acquisition search for an insurance company to add to its suite of comprehensive workers’ compensation solutions. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
