On September 24, 2018, Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. issued a press release announcing several new formulary wins improving TRULANCE 2018 and 2019 coverage status across major U.S. Commercial, Medicare Part D and Managed Medicaid plans. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
