Other Events

On September 24, 2018, PHI, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the extension of the expiration time for the Company’s tender offer and consent solicitation for its 5.25% Senior Notes due 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
