On August 19, 2018, Brian R. Jones notified the Registrant of his resignation from the Registrant’s Board of Directors, effective August 31, 2018. As previously reported, Mr. Jones resigned as the Registrant’s President and Treasurer effective July 31, 2018.
On September 20, 2018, Charles D. Viccellio notified the Registrant of his resignation from the Registrant’s Board of Directors effective that date.
