Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 19, 2018, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that it has acquired Imperial Machine & Tool Co., a leader in multi-material additive manufacturing and machining technologies for aerospace and defense, automotive, high-tech, and general industrial applications. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
