On
September 18, 2018, ChromaDex Corporation issued a press release
announcing that ChromaDex, Inc. and Trustees of Dartmouth College
have filed a patent infringement complaint in the United States
District Court for the District of Delaware against Elysium Health,
Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated by reference herein.
