Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

Business First Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Computershare Trust Company, N.A. (“Computershare”) as its transfer agent and registrar effective September 17, 2018. All the Company’s registered shares of common stock have been transferred from American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC to Computershare. The Company sent a letter to its shareholders regarding the change.  A copy of the Company’s form letter to its stockholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
