Pebblebrook Plans to Decrease Leverage Through Additional Property Sales Pebblebrook intends to reduce leverage through opportunistic asset sales of $500 million to $1 billion within the next 6-12 months following the completion of the merger . Dividend Update . Pebblebrook expects to keep paying its current annualized dividend of $1.52 per share . Pebblebrook will pay a stub dividend to existing Pebblebrook holders prior to merger closing . First dividend post-closing will be pro-rated from merger closing to end of quarter .
