On September 7, 2018, Mr. Philip Deutch resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. (the “Company”). Mr. Deutch had resigned from affiliates of SCH Sponsor Corp., the Company’s sponsor.
