On September 7, 2018, FitLife Brands, Inc. (the Company) and Michael Abrams, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, entered into a Transition Agreement (the Agreement), effective August 15, 2018, a copy of which is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1, which Agreement was entered into following Mr. Abrams notification of his desire to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Companys Board of Directors, effective February 15, 2019, unless his employment is earlier terminated (the Termination Date).
