On September 7, 2018, the Board of Directors of Emergent Capital, Inc. (the "Company") adopted resolutions to change the Company’s fiscal year end, and have the Company cause its direct and indirect subsidiaries change their fiscal year ends, from December 31 to November 30, effective immediately. The Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K in accordance with SEC rules and regulations.
