Item 8.01. Other Events
On September 10, 2018, iPass Inc. (the "Company") was informed by the Listing Qualification Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price and market value of listed securities rules (Listing Rule 5450(a)(1)). Accordingly, Nasdaq has determined to continue the listing of the Company's securities on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
