Item 5.02                                           Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 6, 2018, David W. Gryska, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Incyte Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to retire and indicated to the Company that he plans to provide support until the end of 2018 as needed during the transitional period to a new Chief Financial Officer.
