(the “Company”) from time to time presents and/or distributes to the investment community at various industry and other conferences as well as through press releases, slide presentations to provide updates and summaries of its business. A copy of its abstract describing Avant!, its Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine, is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
