Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 29, 2018, MagneGas Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will present at the 20th Annual HC Wainwright Global Investment Conference, being held September 4-6, 2018 at the St. Regis Hotel in New York, NY. Scott Mahoney, Chief Financial Officer of MagneGas, will be giving a corporate presentation focused on major strategic and commercial updates.
