On August 22, 2018, Chief Executive Officer of Oroplata Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), Doug Cole, delivered via email a PowerPoint presentation (the “PowerPoint Presentation”) and executive summary (the “Executive Summary, and together with the PowerPoint presentation, the “Investor Presentation”) attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, to certain existing and potential investors of the Company.
