On August 28, 2018, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“HPE”) issued a press release relating to segment results for its fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. | |

Also on August 28, 2018, HPE issued a press release announcing that Timothy C. Stonesifer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HPE, will step down from the role of Chief Financial Officer as of September 16, 2018. Tarek A. Robbiati, who most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Sprint Corp., has been elected to serve in the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of HPE beginning as of September 17, 2018. It is expected that Mr. Stonesifer will remain with HPE in a transitional role through the end of October 2018.
