Leader Hill Corporation is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K/A (Amendment No.1) for the purpose of modifying the exhibit 99.1, CONSENT IN WRITING OF BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF LEADER HILL CORPORATION IN LIEU OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING that previously filed on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 23, 2018.
The IPO subscribers’ names are rewrote from lowercase to uppercase and the missing information of WU MINGHUA, TAN LAI WEI and LIAO YAO are completed.
