Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 21, 2018, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, for the benefit of the holders of the COMM 2018-COR3 Mortgage Trust Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2018-COR3, and Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch entered into an Amended and Restated Agreement Between Noteholders, dated as of August 21, 2018, with respect to the 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard mortgage loan (the “Amended 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard Intercreditor Agreement”), an executed version of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1. Among other things, the Amended 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard Intercreditor Agreement amends the original intercreditor agreement to add certain major decisions and give the holder of Note B certain additional consultation rights.
