Item 8.01. Other Events
On August 23, 2018, BOK Financial Corporation announced that all necessary regulatory approvals required to complete the previously announced acquisition of CoBiz Financial Inc. have been received. A copy of the press release announcing the regulatory approvals for this transaction is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
