On August 22, 2018, Lancaster Colony Corporation issued a press release announcing its first quarter fiscal 2019 dividend and also announcing that its annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in the Regent Ballroom at The Hilton Columbus at Easton, 3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219 at 1:00 p.m. with a record date of Monday, September 17, 2018 for notice and voting at the meeting. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
