Item 8.01 Other Events.
Effective at the opening on August 23, 2018, shares of our common stock have been approved for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada under the symbol “FTM.” We have been approved for listing as a Tier 2 Oil and Gas Reserves Issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange.
