Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective August 17, 2018, Jeffrey Kadanoff ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer of Synergy CHC Corp. (the “Company”). While the Company and Mr. Kadanoff are parties to an employment agreement dated October 16, 2017, that was filed as an exhibit to Form 8-K on October 16, 2017, the Company intends to enter into a severance agreement with Mr. Kadanoff, which would be separately reported. Also effective August 17, 2018, Jack Ross, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, was appointed the Chief Financial Officer.
