ITEM 8.01 Other Events
On August 16, 2018, McorpCX, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release describing the Company’s financial results for the quarter and year to date period ended June 30, 2018 as well as certain organizational changes for the Company that were approved by the Board of Directors on August 16, 2018.
A copy of the press release is included with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
