On August 15, 2018, the parties to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2018, by and among J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer, LNR Partners, LLC, as special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, and as trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”), agreed to amend the Pooling and Servicing Agreement pursuant to the Amendment No. 1 to Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 16, 2018, among J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer, LNR Partners, LLC, as special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer, an executed version of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1.
