Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 14, 2018, Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. (“Southcross” or "SXE") announced its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
