On August 13, 2018, WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the closing of an offering of 5,207,547 shares of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement and a related prospectus supplement filed by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
