In connection with the quarterly report of Delek Logistics Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) on Form 10-Q for the three months ended June 30, 2018, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), I, Kevin Kremke, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Delek Logistics GP, LLC, the general partner of the Partnership, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1350, as adopted pursuant to § 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and to the best of my knowledge, that:
