Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 8, 2018, Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of that press release as well as the supplemental information contained in the Company's Second Quarter 2018 Results Presentation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. The Company will provide a stockholder update presentation today, Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time, during which management will discuss the quarter-end results and provide commentary on business performance.
