Item 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On August 8, 2018, Darling Ingredients Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will hold a conference call and webcast on Thursday, August 9, 2018 to discuss these financial results. The Company will have a slide presentation available to augment management's formal presentation, which will be accessible via the investor relations section of the Company's website. A copy of this slide presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
The Company is making reference to non-GAAP financial measures in both the press release and the conference call. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the attached press release.
