Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 7, 2018, Barrett Business Services, Inc., issued a news release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018, as well as expectations for earnings per share for the full year 2018 and growth in gross billings for the 12 months ending June 30, 2019 and the full year 2018. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference.
