Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On August 7, 2018, the Company issued an earnings release announcing the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of the earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
On August 7, 2018, Sutherland Asset Management Corporation (the “Company”) posted supplemental financial information on the Investor Relations section of its website (www.sutherlandam.com).
