Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc. held an earnings conference call on August 2, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. central time to discuss its operating and financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of the transcript of the earnings conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
