Item 7.01 . Regulation FD
On July 31, 2018, Registrant, Diego Pellicer Worldwide, Inc., formed a wholly owned subsidiary, “Diego Pellicer Management Company” under the laws of the State of Nevada. Today, Registrant issued a Press Release, announcing this development which is attached as Exhibit 99.1
