Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 1, 2018, K2M Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
