On July 31, 2018, Frontier Communications Corporation (“Frontier”) issued a press release announcing its second quarter 2018 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
As previously announced, Frontier will hold a conference call at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on July 31, 2018, to discuss its financial results for the second quarter 2018. Also furnished and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 99.2 is supplemental material to be used in connection with the conference call. This information is available on Frontier’s Investor Relations website at www.frontier.com/ir.
