Item 7.01                                           Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 30, 2018, Hanger, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it intends to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three and six months ended June 30, 2018 after the market closes, Thursday, August 9, 2018, and host a conference call Friday, August 10, 2018 at 8:30 am Eastern Time to discuss its second quarter 2018 financial results and business outlook. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
