Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 30, 2018, Destination Maternity Corporation (the “Company”) and Marla A. Ryan, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the employment letter agreement between Ms. Ryan and the Company dated May 30, 2018.    The Amendment extended the date by which the Company and Ms. Ryan intend to enter into a new and more complete employment agreement from July 30, 2018 to September 30, 2018.

The foregoing description of the Amendment is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Amendment, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
